YES, JESUS.......

1. Be humble, and acknowledge that you have a problem 

2. Be honest 

3. Confess faith in Christ (if you are not a Christian). 

4. Confess any known sin or sins (by self or ancestors)

5. Repent of all sins (Proverbs 28:13) 

6. Break with the occult if you are involved in it (curses and secret societies) (Acts 19:18-19) 

7. Forgive others - anyone who has wronged you. 

Unforgiveness releases you to the tormentors (Satan and demons) (Matthew 18:32-35) 

8. Expel (Cast out)

9. Say the Sinner's Prayer

Dear God,
       I am a sinner in need of a Savior. I heard and believe that Jesus is your son and came and died for my sins and the sins of the world. Jesus I repent of my sins and ask you to come live in my heart. Please forgive me for all my sins. I will live for you as you show me how. Thank you for my salvation.
